Solar Eclipse

a solar eclipse

a total solar eclipse is when the moon and sun touch each other, they are so far, yet so close

a solar eclipse is similar to her and I, we too, are the shadow of the sun and moon, just aching to be near each other, I am the moon, as she is the sun.

I am her sunshine as she is my angel

i, for one, am so eager to be close to her that I would tear down worlds and realms to be able to breathe the same air as her. I would reclaim and tether broken worlds together, if it meant seeing her again; when I’m not near her, it feels almost identical to touching darkness.

touching darkness is like a total solar eclipse of the moon, I want to be able to align our souls as one, as the moon does with the sun, when the moon completely covers the sun, and it is dawn down here on earth, but alas, I am unable to do so because of the dreaded distance between our forever interwoven souls.

she is the sunshine to my darkness, and the sun to my total eclipse.

our souls may be physically apart, but our hearts are forever connected.
